First Nations Food, Nutrition and Environment Study
2011 British Columbia
This study looks at the diet of First Nations peoples living on reserve, south of the 60th parallel. It provides information on exposures to persistent organic pollutants, trace metals, pesticides, and pharmaceutical products in traditional foods, through hair samples, surface and tap water. These are the first results of the study and are from British Columbia.
