The First Nations Environmental Health Innovation Network is a Canada-wide, web-based network that provides information to assist First Nation communities to participate in environmental health research and to address their environmental health concerns.
Environmental Health is a subject approached by First Nations in an integrated, holistic manner that includes the welfare of all living things. This network aims to assist First Nations in identifying, researching and solving Environmental Health issues by facilitating capacity development and partnerships, and by providing relevant information and tools to strengthen institutions and promote self-reliance.
